Dr. Cohane attended the University of Tennessee before graduating with honors from the University of South Florida, Tampa and Sarasota from the college of Graduate Business Administration. Dr. Cohane went on to Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City, Missouri where he graduated with honors in 1992, and returned to his home in Florida. Dr. Cohane has been in practice for over 16 years. He has been in his current location since December 1994, having relocated from Venice and Sarasota. Since he began practicing Chiropractic, Dr. Cohane has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, with his areas of interest being clinical orthopedics, neurology, and the effect of auto accidents or "whiplash" on the cervical spine, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and current Chiropractic care. In addition, Dr. Cohane has served consecutive years as the President of the Lee County Chiropractic Society. His past community service has included teaching Red Cross C.P.R. at both the Venice Hospital and HCA Bradenton Hospitals. Dr. Cohane thoroughly enjoys Caribbean travel with his wife Carol, and is an avid SCUBA instructor when he has free time out of the office.
